I opened my wardrobe and found this aztec vest top hidden with the tags still attached (naughty me!)

I grabbed it in a mad rush around Primark and I was pleased it was only £4 what a bargain!!

I love the way it is longer at the back for when I wear it with the maxi skirt as it hides my bum (woo hoo). I'm not planning on leaving the house today so I have no shoes on to add to the ootd. I always wear jewellery as I feel so naked without it!. I feel it finishes this look off.

Style Icons: Fearne Cotton

I will be doing a few posts about my style icons who inspire me when it comes to fashion.

My first style icon will be Fearne Cotton.

I mean who doesn't LOVE Fearne. She always looks every bit a rock chick!.

One of the many reasons I love Fearne Cotton is that she always looks effortlessly casual but its all thought out not just 'throw the first thing i see on'. I think she follows trends but manages to put her own stamp on them.

She does wear a lot of simple plain items but cleverly pairs them with a bold statement piece to make it 80s rock.

I also love the fact she designs her own collection for Very.co.uk so we can all have a bit of Fearne's fashion sense. 

I do take a lot of style ideas from her as she wears a lot of black which most of my wardrobe contains and i feel my style is very similar! (if only i couldn't look like her....boo hoo sob sob)

First Post: H&M Picks Of The Month

This is my first post (EEK) and i thought i would start off with picks of the month.

What is picks of the month you ask? well i will be sharing several pieces i am currently loving/needing from my favourite shops and online.

H&M well what can i say? I have loved H&M for a long time now - It started off with hand me downs and often i would pinch my sisters clothes (sorry Toria!!) but even now i just always seem to find really good basics, statement pieces and rock chick jewellery.

I am in love with this bag its so smart but it still has an edgy feel so its perfect for me.

I think this tank top would be excellent paired with the imitation leather skirt. I own many tank tops with motifs as they are easy to style.

I have been looking for a leather look skirt for a long while as i think they can be dressed up and down. The length would be very flattering. I think i was inspired when i saw Rock Of Ages in the cinema with all the 80s rock clothes!

Cut out Boots

I know i am late jumping on the band wagon but i still need a pair of cut out boots. I love these ones as they arent too chunky, with having size 4 feet im always afraid that the thicker ones will look like giants feet!

Badges
