Bleach London Temporary Colour

Like a lot of people i have been very tempted by the Bleach London temporary colours.
I think if i was to experiment with them i would choose these three. I am not a pink girl at all, i don't know why but i am just not girly in that way at all. I often use the Purple Shampoo by Bleach London which i will post on very soon and i am very happy with the quality of it for the price. I have seen and heard good things about these colours and i like the way you don't have to commit to anything as they wash out!. I think towards the summer i will definitely have a go and have different hair for a while!

Daily Want #8

I spotted this phone case on New Looks site the other day and i loved it! Its only £4.99. I have about 15 cases for my iPhone so i don't need any more but i just couldn't help wanting it!. I do usually buy my cases on eBay as they are super cheap. I think the more expensive cases make excellent presents as they do tend to be a better quality so they last longer!

Boohoo Picks!

A few of my Boohoo.com picks, I have been a fan of Boohoo for a while now and i always see plenty of things i want. I know what your thinking "they are all black!!" I'm sorry i just cant help but be attracted to black pieces. I'm loving the sheer cut out shoulder blouse as its a twist on a classic blouse. Velvet is in trend at the moment and i really love how more fancy it can make a dress or skirt etc look. Chunky sandals are definitely on my list for summer! I am definitely going to invest in a good kimono too as it looks so good over any dress!

Daily Want #7

As you can already tell i absolutely love chunky style shoe/boots. I found these ones on eBay for £19.99 and i'm loving that they are the classic loafer style with a grungy edge. I'm a huge fan of flatforms as i cant wear heels without my feet hurting after about half an hour (i know i'm a terrible girl!!). They are super comfy but you still get the height and feel a bit more dressed up than just wearing flats. I think they would look great with everything with them being plain. You can also get these in patent if you like things more on the shiny side!

Loving The Gingham!

Gingham is one trend or style i think never goes out of fashion. I love how you can pair it with some chunky boots and jeans to make it modern or go the opposite way and add a big skirt or cardigan to make it really retro/vintage/rockabilly.

I personally love monochrome which is why i love these images (from we heart it). I used to own a black and white gingham fitted shirt and i loved to pair it with black skinny jeans. It was a simple outfit but had lots of character.

At the moment i don't own anything gingham but i would love to purchase a dress for the summer and i know The White Pepper have this beauty. As i always say when i have 'spare' money i will purchase one!

Daily Want #6

I am really into printed dresses at the moment and i found this one on Missguided.co.uk. I like the simple shift shape which can be dressed up or down. I am a pear shape so i love shift dresses as they are very flattering and comfortable. Its an all year dress as i call it, can be worn all seasons with different shoes/accessories. It is £22.99 but i think its a good investment piece as it flatters all body shapes!.

Daily Want #5

I have kind of fell in love with this tunic from Topshop. I first saw it on the lovely Lily of LLYMLRS and i have wanted it ever since. It is different from my normal dark style. I think it could be a day dress as well as a night time dress. I would pair it with a pair of sandals for the summer and then a pair of tights and wedges for a night time look. It is £29.00 which i think is reasonable saying as it can be worn with almost everything. Stripes never go out of fashion and are a great staple for any wardrobe!.

Favourite Clutch Bags

Apologies for the bad lighting in the last image its hard to catch the hologram effect when it is too bright!

One thing i love this a good sized clutch bag and ideally i have 3!

I purchased this black fake leather stud clutch from Matalan for around £8.00 and i bloody love it!. It is a soft bodied one so it means I can pop lots of bits and bobs in that i need for a night out. I mostly wear black when i go out for drinks so it matches perfectly.

Now this gorgeous hologram clutch bag was bought for a party that i didn't end up attending so it hasn't actually been used yet. I did buy it from ASOS for £12.99 but its actually by New Look. I wanted a contrast bag that would look against my black evening gown. I loved the fact it had a little handle as i like to have my hands free for drinks etc!. It isn't as big on the inside as it looks on the outside but i still think it will fit a few bits of makeup, perfume, money etc.

This is my most recent clutch purchase and its from one of my favourite shops: Primark!!
It was £8.00 which is really reasonable saying as it has 2 pockets not just one. I am so excited to use this as i love being able to put my essentials in one side and my just throw in bits in the other!. I love the matt texture and the bold leopard print. It will go perfect with my black dresses and matching leopard print sandals!.

I will picture them in a night out lookbook once i get my act together and find a good place to photograph!

H&M Dark Purple Matte Lipstick

I won't be posting many beauty related posts as i am in no way an expert on buying, applying (see application on lips...) or reviewing but i did purchase this on a whim while i was browsing H&M last week.

I have tried H&M makeup before particularly their lipsticks. I picked this up thinking it was the colour i had already bought but in a Matt finish. It was only when i tried it on properly i realised it is a lighter shade of purple rather than more burgandy (you can see why i don't review make up!!).

Saying that i actually LOVE this colour, its the perfect addition to my my dark lipsticks and the texture/finish is high quality considering it only cost £3.99.

I feel with a bit of my usual winged eyeliner it would be an easy way to transform my day to night face.

I will definitely be looking into getting more shades!

Daily Want #4

I have a black eyelash jumper and it is the warmest, most cuddly jumper i own. So when i spied this wine coloured one on Internationale i fell in love. I love the pocket detail and the round neck. It is £19.99 which i think is a good price as they are so warm and versatile!.

Weekly Life Report

001. I was hoping to hear good news this week but sadly it wasn't meant to be. So i'm not letting it get me down and i'm concentrating on the positives!.

002. I've started to have another wardrobe clear out so i can list some items on eBay. My shopping habit isn't cheap (haha). I have made a new rule for myself. If i don't wear it for a couple of months i get rid! (lets hope i stick to it!).

003. I purchased yet another item for my room, a cute little plant pot that i'm going to use as a brush holder. It was only 99p and it matches in perfectly!.

004. I also won a gorgeous 50s style navy and white striped dress on eBay for under £10!! I will do a separate post on it because i'm that excited about it!!

Daily Want #3

During the past couple of years i have always been a fan of the Brands at Topshop. I love the quirky tees they have and they often have about 10 that i want. I love grungy faded looking t-shirts that can be paired with dark jeans and converse for a comfy yet made up outfit. This tee is £40.00 (by Religion) which i don't think i would pay as i would like to think i could 3 or 4 from somewhere cheaper. I will just have to want!

My Simple Go To Up Do!

My hair is need of a serious cut but we will forget about that for a minute!
This is my go to 'Up Do' as i sometimes get bored of tying my hair into a pony tail or even just wearing it down.
I feel like i've made an effort when really it takes about 10 mins or less to get this look!.
Its perfect for my awkward length hair and can be as neat or as messy as i want.

If anyone would like me to show how easy this up do is then just let me know!

Daily Want #2

When it comes to finding sandals i always look in New Look as i love the variety of shoes they have and they are usually reasonably priced. These beauties are £24.99 which is a bit more than i would normally pay BUT they are my chunky style and would match everything i wear so i think that justifies the price tag (a bit).
I love the white sole contrast and i think that makes them more summer friendly. They also come in all white if you like things to match!.

DIY: Studded Denim Gilet/Waistcoat

A couple of summers ago i decided i really needed a denim gilet to wear over my many dresses so i found this one in Internationale for round about £13 and it was just what i was looking for.

I tried it on with nearly all of my dresses but there seemed to be something missing. A couple of months before i had customized a plain black slouch bag with some small pyramid studs and i remembered i had some spare (light bulb moment).

I placed studs along the shoulders, on the edge of the collar and the pockets.
I thought it added a little something extra to the plain denim and it matches all my usual silver jewellery.

I think I've've got the DIY bug now as i want to customize more pieces so i think i will invest some different shape studs and go a bit stud happy!

Daily Want #1

Tartan is the 'in' trend at the moment and i must say i do love it. I've already got my classic tartan scarf which i wear with almost everything and i have a black and red tartan H&M coat which is great to brighten up an all black outfit which i wear most of the time!. I know Topshop were selling a tartan pair of leggings but i wasn't prepared to pay the price and as usual hunt them down in my size. So i decided to look on eBay and found these similar pair for only £5.99 with free P&P!! unbelieveable!!. They also do them in lots of colours if green and black aren't your thing!

Jewellery: Kukee

I love finding new jewellery websites as I can't go a day without wearing it. I like costume jewellery that I can mix and match. I found Kukee after seeing a photo on their Instagram:@lovekukee and I fell in love with a lot of pieces. I saw that they had a special offer on spend £30 and get £10 off so I searched their website www.kukee.co.uk and started filling my basket up!

Since buying the first lot I decided to have a another browse a week later and found myself making another cheeky purchase.

I love the reasonable prices and the very grungy look of some of the pieces. To me they are perfect to wear everyday. The customer service was excellent and the packaging just made the parcel even more exciting. The little touches always impress me, it shows they really care about their business and customers.

I am definitely going to keep checking back and ordering more.

So go check http://www.kukee.co.uk out!
